Thinking about buying an online auction property? We have a great program to easily save buyers of online auction properties 1.5%!

Our program is very simple. The sellers of online auction properties on websites like Hubzu, Auction.com, and Xome.com typically offer a 3% commission to a buyers agent to represent the buyer of any one of their properties. If you do not use an agent or broker, the seller / sellers agent will keep this money. If you use us and write us in on the offer as your agent, we will split our commission with you 50/50. This will only take a few minutes to do, and can save you thousands on your home purchase.

Steps to getting your 1.5% rebate / discount

2.) When bidding, add our information as your agent to the Purchase and Sales agreement / offer:

We will write up and sign a letter on our letterhead stating the exact dollar amount of your rebate. This will be sent to all interested parties, and will be credited to you at closing on your closing statement. This money can be used towards your down payment and closing costs, or if you are purchasing with cash it will be taken off the amount you need to bring to closing.

Three things to be aware of:

1.) Real Estate Rebates are perfectly legal in most states. We just must notify all interested parties of this rebate.

2.) The sellers of auction properties look out for their own interests… Shouldn’t someone be looking out for yours?
